JOURNEYS will not be cancelled due to low enrolment within 45 days of the trip start.10 - "Force Majeure""Force Majeure" is defined to mean unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control or that of our suppliers, the consequences of which could not be foreseen or avoided by us even with the exercise of all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, strikes, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our/the supplier's control. If it is physically impossible for a tour to take place due to "Force Majeure", a tour may have to be cancelled. While these are either rare, these types of events do happen; however, we will make every effort to minimise the need to cancel a trip and in such an event, we will offer other dates for Journeys where possible. |
