of our tours. We seek to understand the land and all it represents, to savour the terroir,
to expand our palette and our vision of taste. Each of our tours focus on a specific
region; all of them have their own culture, traditions and history, as well as their own
regional foods, cheeses and wines.
We propose the fruits of our ongoing research to peak your interest in these places and

Product entries
There is a wealth of information about the products of terroirs if you know where to look for it. To give our guests an initial reference and insight into these wonderful products of each region, we have provided a synopsis of each product based on research gathered from various sites, books from our extensive personal collection, regional producers and favourite cheese and wine experts. Sites we recommend for more information are listed with each page and below for further information.
Photographic entries
It is exceedingly difficult to understand regional products without a visual context. So to help you better understand the products of each region, we have provided each entry with a photograph of the product. These photographs are either our own, or acquired from the producers website, or from the various sites we use for our base research.
