To give our guests an initial reference and insight into these wonderful products of each region, we have provided a synopsis of each product based on research gathered from various sites, books from our extensive personal collection, regional producers and favourite cheese and wine experts. So to help you better understand the products of each region, we have provided each entry with a photograph of the product.
